Refund & Returns Policy

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are considered final.

Made-to-Order Veils

Each veil is individually crafted upon purchase. As a result, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

Custom & Bespoke Orders

Custom and bespoke pieces are non-refundable and non-returnable. These items are created specifically according to the customer's requirements.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@minka-atelier.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photographs of the item and packaging

  • A description of the issue

We will review each case and work with you to find the best solution, whether it be a full refund or replacement.

Lost Packages

If a package is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier.
