A NEW CHAPTER
A new chapter has recently begun for Minka. Yasmine has officially relocated her atelier from Montreal to Lyon, France. During this transition, she also joined C’est Jeanne an exceptional glovemaker located in the Netherlands. This is with the intention to further refine her skill set as a seamstress and offer a new range of bridal accessories.
Yasmine will be opening her atelier in Lyon on June 1st, where she will be offering wedding gown alterations as well as commissioned custom accessories.

The face behind Minka
Originally from Australia, Yasmine’s love for fashion took shape early on, leading her to earn a degree in fashion design in 2020. With over eight years of hands-on experience as a seamstress, she has developed a refined skill set spanning intricate alterations to custom product development.
Her journey includes a pivotal role at the renowned Australian bridal label Grace Loves Lace, where she worked in production and deepened her expertise in bridal wear. In 2023, she made the move to Montreal, where she focused on developing her brand.
Now based in France since early 2026, Yasmine is pouring her passion, craftsmanship, and global experience into Minka from her new location in Lyon.
