The face behind Minka

Unveil the visionary behind Minka, Yasmine Sun. Hailing from Australia, Yasmine embarked on her fashion journey in 2020 after graduating with a degree in fashion design. With over six years of hands-on experience as a seamstress, she has honed her skills in alterations and product development.

Yasmine's journey boasts a significant chapter with the Australian bridal boutique, Grace Loves Lace, where she worked in production. Transitioning to Toronto in 2023, she furthered her bridal career by joining the same esteemed brand as a sales assistant, offering bridal alterations. Now rooted in Montreal, Yasmine continues to innovate in fashion.
