Sales are final
Everything is handmade to order and made just for you, therefore items are non-refundable and cannot be returned, or cancelled. Once an order has been placed on the site we are unable to modify or cancel the order for any reason.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We only accept exchanges under specific circumstances on merchandise that is new, unworn, unwashed and with all garment tags attached and accompanied by all original packaging. These are limited to cases where the wrong item was sent or there is a defect.
If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us and include a picture of the broken item.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at minkasun@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
